(1) Materials that cover what you will be tested on
(2) Great Instructors with experience - someone able to explain where necessary and give examples
(3) Simulated and interactive quiz practice after class as there's not enough time to get all the exposure in the class room.
(4) The ability to understand what you're learning
(5) The gumption to follow directions and get in the practice (being proactive)
(6) Maximizing your practice so you learn and practice as quickly as possibly in order to retain as much learning as possible
(7) The ability to resit before taking the exam if needed
(9) Being able to ask questions after class - that's why we have two coaches
