The PMP Exam is always based on the current PMP(R) Exam Outline (ECO). When the ECO changes, so does the PMP exam. The current exam will be updated through a current exam but updates are usually minor and the content rearranges the delivery of the content. We just had an authorized Prep updated for the the second time since it was first created so it is now V3. The current exam started Jan 2, 2021. Expectations are that the ECO will change in January of 2024; however, an announcement will happen six months before that happens. You can take your training, then pass your exam within 15 to 20 days, after quiz practice and a review.
If you are a Project or Program Manager you should already have familiarity with project management even if you have had no formal training. This class covers Agile, Hybrid & Predictive Teams - collaboration, team agreements, leadership and more. The class also covers the Business Environment and its impacts on the Project, and the Project's impacts on the business environment. Processes are delivered for Predictive and tailored for Agile Projects.
Can you take the PMP Exam quickly after training? If you have formal experience it should not be difficult for you to take the PMP exam within 15 to 20 days. You will receive 300 cloned exam questions, that you can practice. We suggest that you understand why the best answer or answers are best, as understanding is key to passing. Just about all trainees do these quizzes 3 times, the 3rd time a day or two before they take their exam.
Even PMs who have no formal project management training, should be take their exam within 4 to 6 weeks as we also provide Quizzes A to L that cover core fundamentals, and free digital workflows that illustrate project management implementation, as supplementation.
