The PMP Exam is always based on the current PMP(R) Exam Outline (ECO). When the ECO changes, so does the PMP exam. The current exam will be updated through a current exam but updates are usually minor and the content rearranges the delivery of the content. We just had an authorized Prep updated for the the second time since it was first created so it is now V3.  The current exam started Jan 2, 2021. Expectations are that the ECO will change in January of 2024; however, an announcement will happen six months before that happens. You can take your training, then pass your exam within 15 to 20 days, after quiz practice and a review.

If you are a Project or Program Manager you should already have familiarity with project management even if you have had no formal training. This class covers Agile, Hybrid & Predictive Teams - collaboration, team agreements, leadership and more. Can you take the PMP Exam quickly after training?  If you have formal experience it should not be difficult for you to take the PMP exam within 15 to 20 days. You will receive 300 cloned exam questions, that you can practice. We suggest that you understand why the best answer or answers are best, as understanding is key to passing. Just about all trainees do these quizzes 3 times, the 3rd time a day or two before they take their exam.  

Even PMs who have no formal project management training, should be take their exam within 4 to 6 weeks as we also provide Quizzes A to L that cover core fundamentals, and free digital workflows that illustrate project management implementation, as supplementation. These workflows are provide exam visibility and help fill in the any core fundamental gaps. These quizzes provide knowledge areas specifics by knowledge areas, and more fuzzy questions.  Or they might elect to do one or more of these quiz subjects:  Project Management Processes, Project Management Concepts, Project Management Agile Concepts, for example.

PMP(R) Certification Training is always scheduled Live Online and classes are currently scheduled through December, 2022. Your organization can join these trainings or you can schedule a training time that is good for you. You don't need any prior training to take and pass your PMP Certification Exam. Take the over 4 week days or two weekends of training, re-sit any areas you wish to re-sit according to your needs, and take your PMP exam within 2 weeks to 2 months depending on your available time and experience. We answer all questions while you are preparing for your exam. The authorized Prep book sent from Logical Operations, a PMI distribution partner, is  currently taking up to 10 days to reach people possible due to the slower movement of freight; however, the digital book is also supplied and it usually comes by the next business days after purchase. The digital materials include class slides as well as the prep book. The printed prep book does not contain the class slides so the digital copy might be the most useful. We also provide our own supplemental material that includes a study guide and look up pages by subject and process numbers on Workflow 6 and other illustrations useful for project implementation as well as the PMP exam. The PMP Certification Exam Prep now encompasses Predictive, Agile and Hybrid Project Management.
